This route establishes the sovereign ICOS layer inside the Neuroartan platform architecture. It is the product-facing environment for the ICOS system, platform experience, user operations, subscriptions, application flows, and future product infrastructure that will later mature into its own sovereign deployment surface.

Layer boundary premise

The ICOS layer remains separate from the public website, the internal Office layer, and the future Investor layer. It should mature as the sovereign product platform for users, subscriptions, product systems, and application-facing infrastructure.

Platform compatibility track

ICOS should be structured from the start for modular interface systems, language awareness, theme compatibility, account-aware behavior, and future sovereign deployment without requiring architectural rebuild.

Product governance direction

Product-facing information, subscriptions, model systems, and software layers should only move into ICOS through approved product, legal, and governance pathways. Public marketing and internal office operations remain structurally separate from this layer.
